Review threat

Proof Speaks Louder

Customer Name

Sanju Narwal

Nowadays giving review threats to businesses has been becoming common in India. Just for the sake of discounts in price such customers are keeping business on hostile. But on the Internet, nothing can be kept hidden. We are sharing recordings, payment, and booking screenshots so that others will understand putting the wrong reviews doesn’t make you right.

The recording is shared with this article, client Sanju Narwal called and asked for a Mumbai Airport drop. We told her that “if you want to confirm the booking right now then you can book the package by the commercial rate for 3500+ toll for 7 Seater, if you have price concerns you could book on the spot, if we have a return trip then the price might get reduced for spot bookings”. But Ms. Sanju Narwal said we want a confirmed booking for the airport, so she agreed to 3500+ toll according to the commercial plan. We even sent a WhatsApp message for the same (Screenshot shared). But for the round trip, 1200 was refunded by us (Which should not be done) after the trip was completed, also Ms. Sanju Narwal didn’t pay for the toll amount which was about 300. Just for ego satisfaction such unethical action is done.

The fact is we provided the drop service In 1700/-.

Total: 3500+Toll

Refunded: 1200

Toll She didn’t pay: 300

Actual Amount She Paid: 2000

One can easily see, as per her claim we neither raised a single rupee nor charged double the amount, we gave a rate before booking. It was completely the user’s choice whether to take the commercial package or not, we didn’t force her to book. Even she confirmed the cab one day before for the Mumbai Airport drop (Even though she lied about that in the review that she booked the same day).

One can easily say that these charges are high but as per RTO announcements, the per-kilometer rate must be 25 Rs. But some big giants are killing small businesses by not following these rules, same as the telecom industry monopoly of a few giants will squeeze the money from end-users one day. One can easily calculate, that 10 Rupees per km will is not enough for any cab vendor to survive. That day is not far when ordinary people will see how giants kill small businesses and rule the market at whatever rates they want.
