Terms and Conditions

1. In case of traffic or parking issues, the Lonavala Lake sight may be skipped.
2. Please confirm the current weather and conditions of sightseeing points before booking. We do not guarantee the view or the beauty of the water sights. Our responsibility is limited to bringing the cab to the mentioned locations.
3. For Monkey Point, Sunset Point, Kunegaon Waterfall, and Waghjai Mata Temple, the car will remain at Waghjai Mata Temple.
4. If the consumer skips places or completes the package early, no concession will be applied for the unused time. Repeated visits to the same places are also not allowed.
5. Pickup and drop-off are available free of charge at 'Lonavala Railway Station' and within a 3 km radius. Additional charges will apply if the pickup or drop-off is beyond 3 km.
6. If customers make the car dirty by vomiting, spitting, or in any other way, an additional cleaning charge of 400 INR will be applied.
7. Packages are for non-AC vehicles. An additional 200 INR will be charged for an AC package.
8. A 7-seater cab will have a driver plus 6 seats, while a 4-seater cab will have a driver plus 4 seats.
9. Extra charges per hour will be 200 INR for a 4-seater and 300 INR for a 7-seater and 500 for 17-seater, calculated from the pickup time. These charges will not be reduced if the customer ends the trip early. No price reductions will be given for early trip completion by the customer.
10. If the consumer delays the start of the trip, the duration will begin from the pickup time provided during booking.
11. Entry fees at tourist places such as the Wax Museum, Dinosaur Park, Karla Caves, Bhaje Caves, and others are not included in the package.
12. The water levels in dams, lakes, and waterfalls, as well as the greenery, depend on the environment and monsoon. Please verify the current status before booking. Bhushi Dam, Lonavala Lake, and waterfalls are usually dry except during the monsoon season.
13. Traffic time is included in the duration as fuel consumption and driver overtime are unavoidable.
14. Deluxe Sightseeing is designed to include Karla Cave, not Ekvira Temple. To complete Deluxe sightseeing within the given duration, visit Karla Cave only. On weekends or special occasions and holidays, the cab will stay at the base.
15. For early morning trips, please book the package by 9 PM the previous day, otherwise, you may have to wait up to 1.5 hours.
16. If the customer has any issues with the driver or vehicle, it should be reported immediately. No complaints will be accepted after trip completion.
17. For Ekvira Special, the other points are optional except for Ekvira Temple. If time exceeds due to the crowd, extra hourly charges will be applied.
18. If any tourist site is closed, restricted, or banned by government officials, or if access is hindered due to natural disasters or heavy rain, we cannot guarantee the visit.
Payment terms & Conditons

1. 30% will be charged for the cancellation before 3 days.
2. 40% will be charged for the cancellation before 2 days.
3. 50% will be charged for the cancellation before 1 day.
4. No Refund for the same-day cancellation, during the ride, or after the driver or cab assignment.
5. Convenience fees are completely nonrefundable.
6. No refund in case of cancellation due to excess pickup location distance (beyond 3 Km distance from Lonavala railway station).
7. The refund process completely depends on the Payment gateway service and it might take 10-15 days to get the amount reversed in the account.
8. If the amount is deducted from the client's account and it is not showing on our end, it is considered a failed payment.
9. For UPI payments sometimes payments show successfully on the UPI application, but payments do not show in the payment gateway dashboard. In that case, the payment will be considered as failed and it will automatically get reversed to the client account in 10 to 12 days.
