Refund Policy

The below is a refund policy which is applied for all the payments made by online payments as well as in the cash mode.

1. 30% will be charged for the cancellation before 3 days.

2. 40% will be charged for the cancellation before 2 days.

3. 50% will be charged for the cancellation before 1 day.

4. No Refund for the same-day cancellation, during the ride, or after the driver or cab assignment.

5. Convenience fees are completely nonrefundable.

6. No refund in case of cancellation due to excess pickup location distance (beyond 3 Km distance from Lonavala railway station).

7. The refund process completely depends on the Payment gateway service and it might take 10-15 days to get the amount reversed in the account.

8. If the amount is deducted from the client's account and it is not showing on our end, it is considered a failed payment.

9. For UPI payments sometimes payments show successfully on the UPI application, but payments do not show in the payment gateway dashboard. In that case, the payment will be considered as failed and it will automatically get reversed to the client account in 10 to 12 days.
